Legal terms and conditions of the “30 Wash Challenge” Promotion

1. Organizing company

This promotion is organized by Mediterranean Cosmetic Actives S.L., with registered address at Calle Pacífico 100, Local Bajo, 29004, Málaga, and Tax ID (CIF) B19621853, hereinafter Modesta Cassinello.

2. Purpose of the promotion

The purpose of the promotion called “30 Wash Challenge” is to encourage customers to take part in an extended-use experience with the brand's products, to generate before/after content and to reward those who complete the challenge.

3. Scope

The promotion is valid in Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands).

4. Validity period

The promotion will be active from October 2025 to December 2026 and may be extended or modified depending on the brand's needs, which will be communicated on the official website and social media.

5. How to take part

All natural persons over 18 years of age resident in Spain may take part, provided they complete the following steps:

1. Purchase the 30 Wash Challenge Pack through the official website: https://modestacassinello.com/products/pack-reto-30-lavados.
   
   
2. Document the evolution of their hair at at least two points: start and end (if possible, also at an intermediate point).
   
   Participation is possible through either of these two channels:
   
   Option A. Social media (Instagram): Publish content (Stories, Reels or Photos) on a personal Instagram profile, mentioning @modestacassinello and using the hashtag #RetoModesta. At least two posts must be made (start and end of the challenge).
   Option B. Email or WhatsApp: Send progress photos (start/end, optional intermediate) together with the order number to hola@modestacassinello.com and/or WhatsApp +34 686 51 68 74.

6. Participation requirements

It is essential that posts or submissions are made within the established period.

In the case of Instagram, the profile must be public at the time of validation.

In the case of email or WhatsApp, the images must be clear and show the same person.

Only one entry per person and order will be accepted.

7. Reward

All participants who correctly complete the challenge will receive a personalized hair consultation with the founder, Modesta, to keep making progress in caring for their hair.

In addition, the most inspiring content may be reposted on the brand's official social media, as recognition and motivation for the community.

8. Delivery of the reward

The hair consultation will be sent to the participant by email once their participation has been validated, within a maximum of 15 days after the end of the challenge.

9. Use of images and data

By taking part, users grant Modesta Cassinello the non-exclusive right to use the images sent or published with the hashtag for dissemination on the brand's digital channels (website, social media, newsletter).

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and the LSSI-CE. The data controller is Mediterranean Cosmetic Actives S.L. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by emailing hola@modestacassinello.com.

10. Limitations and exclusions

Employees of the organizing company and their immediate family members may not take part.

The company reserves the right to exclude participants who make fraudulent use, breach the rules or share images that are not their own.

If a participant does not meet all the requirements, they will automatically lose the right to the reward.

11. Acceptance of the terms and conditions

Taking part in the promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from this promotion, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga.
