4. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This website is subject to Spanish law and, in the event of any dispute or controversy arising from the use of this website, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Málaga (Spain).

This clause of express submission to the courts of the city of Málaga shall not apply to disputes with users of the website who, under current legislation, are considered consumers, in which case both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's place of residence.
