Shipping in Spain

We ship to the whole of Spain, except Ceuta and Melilla.

Shipping is free on orders over:

40 € for mainland shipments.
49 € for shipments to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.

For orders below these amounts, the shipping cost is:

4,90 € for mainland shipments.
5,90 € for shipments to the Balearic Islands.
9,90 € for shipments to the Canary Islands.

Delivery times

Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the transport company, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

From that moment, the usual delivery time is 24/48 working hours for mainland orders.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 working days.

These times may change during periods of high demand, launches, special promotions or the Black Friday campaign.

Tracking and delivery management

We work with partner transport companies so that you can receive your order conveniently and with up-to-date information throughout the process.

For shipments handled by CTT Express, you will receive email or SMS notifications with information about the status of your order.

These communications may include:

Advance delivery notice
You will normally receive a notice before delivery so that you can look out for the arrival of your order.
Shipment tracking
From the transport company's email or SMS, you can check the up-to-date status of your parcel.
Flexible delivery options
In the advance delivery notice, if the delivery option offered by CTT Express doesn't suit you, you can choose and switch to the option that suits you best, for example changing the delivery date, changing the address or conveniently collecting your parcel from one of more than 20,000 CTT Collectt Express Points.
Estimated time slot
On the day of delivery, the transport company may let you know an approximate time slot for receiving your order.

Please note that these options depend on the availability of the transport service in each area and on the specific status of the shipment.
