How to use

H02: apply to wet scalp and hair, massage gently and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. Use at every wash or as your hair needs.

H09: after washing, squeeze out excess water and apply from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes, detangle gently and rinse thoroughly. Use 1 or 2 times a week, depending on your hair's needs.
