NATIONAL SHIPMENT

We ship throughout Spain, except Ceuta and Melilla.

Shipping is free on orders over:

€40 for mainland Spain.

€49 for the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.

For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are:

€4.90 for mainland Spain.

€5.90 for the Balearic Islands.

€9.90 for the Canary Islands.

Delivery times

Once your order has been prepared and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

From that point, delivery to mainland Spain usually takes 24–48 hours on working days.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days.

These delivery times may vary during periods of high demand, product launches, special promotions or Black Friday.

Tracking and managing your delivery

We work with trusted delivery partners to make receiving your order convenient and keep you updated throughout the delivery process.

For shipments handled by CTT Express, you will receive email or SMS notifications with updates on the status of your order.

Advance delivery notification

You will usually receive a notification before delivery so you can be ready for your order to arrive.

Shipment tracking

You can check the latest status of your parcel through the carrier’s email or SMS.

Flexible delivery options

When you receive the advance delivery notification, if the delivery option offered by CTT Express does not suit you, you can choose an alternative that works better for you. For example, you may be able to change the delivery date, update the address or conveniently collect your parcel from one of over 20,000 CTT Collectt Express collection points.

Estimated delivery window

On the day of delivery, the carrier may provide an approximate time window for your order to arrive.
