Legal Terms and Conditions for "30 Washes Challenge" Promotion

1. Organizing company

This promotion is organized by Mediterranean Cosmetic Actives S.L. with registered office at calle Marqués de Larios 4, Planta 2ª, and CIF B19621853, hereinafter Modesta Cassinello.

2. Purpose of the promotion

The promotion called “30 Washes Challenge” aims to encourage customer participation in a prolonged use experience of the brand's products, generate before/after content, and reward those who complete the challenge.

3. Scope of application

The promotion is valid in Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands).

4. Period of validity

The promotion will be active from October 2025 to December 2026, and may be extended or modified depending on the brand's needs, which will be communicated on the official website and social media.

5. Participation mechanism

All individuals over 18 years of age, residing in Spain, who comply with the following steps, may participate:

1. Purchase of the 30 Washes Challenge Pack through the official website: https://modestacassinello.com/products/pack-reto-30-lavados.
   
   
2. Document hair evolution at at least two moments: beginning and end (if possible, also at an intermediate point).
   
   Participation can be done through one of these two ways:
   
   Option A. Social Networks (Instagram): Publish content (Stories, Reels or Photos) on a personal Instagram profile, mentioning @modestacassinello and using the hashtag #RetoModesta. At least two publications must be made (beginning and end of the challenge).
   Option B. Email or WhatsApp: Send evolution photos (beginning/end, optional intermediate) along with the order number to hola@modestacassinello.com and/or WhatsApp +34 686 51 68 74.

6. Participation requirements

It is essential that publications or submissions are made within the established period.

In the case of Instagram, the profile must be set to public mode at the time of validation.

In the case of email or WhatsApp, the images must be legible and correspond to the same person.

Only one participation per person and order will be accepted.

7. Reward

All participants who correctly complete the challenge will receive personalized hair advice with the founder, Modesta, to continue improving their hair care.

Additionally, the most inspiring content may be reposted on the brand's official social media channels, as recognition and motivation for the community.

8. Delivery of the reward

The hair consultation will be sent by email to the participant once their participation has been validated, within a maximum period of 15 days after the end of the challenge.

9. Use of images and data

By participating, users grant Modesta Cassinello the non-exclusive right to use the images sent or published with the hashtag for dissemination on the brand's digital channels (website, social media, newsletter).

The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with the GDPR and the LSSI-CE. The data controller is Mediterranean Cosmetic Actives S.L. The participant may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion and opposition by email to hola@modestacassinello.com.

10. Limitations and exclusions

Employees of the organizing company and their direct family members may not participate.

The company reserves the right to exclude participants who make fraudulent use, breach the rules or share images that are not their own.

If a participant does not meet all the requirements, they will automatically lose the right to the reward.

11. Acceptance of the terms and conditions

Participation in the promotion implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from this promotion, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Malaga.
