3. Natural shedding phase or Telogen Phase: During this phase, the hair detaches.
Approximately 10% to 15% of hair is in this phase. At the end of this phase, the hair falls out and the cycle begins again with the anagen phase where new hair begins to grow. Duration 3-4 months.
