Rules for the draw for the Modesta Cassinello product line, June 2025
1. Organizing company
Modesta Cassinello, with CIF B19621853 and registered office at C/ Marqués de Larios, 4, 4th Floor, Office 402, 29005, Málaga (Spain), is organizing a free nationwide raffle for its entire product line on the dates indicated below, in accordance with the terms and conditions described in these Rules. This is intended to reward Modesta Cassinello customers for their loyalty.
2. Start date and end date
The Raffle will begin on June 8 and end on June 15, 2025, inclusive.
3. Raffle Conditions
Anyone wishing to participate in this Raffle must:
- Be over 18 years old.
- Make a purchase at modestacassinello.com between June 8th and 15th, inclusive.
The winner will be randomly selected from all orders placed during that date on June 17, 2025.
4. Prize
The winner will win the entire range of Modesta Cassinello cosmetic products (except 500 ml sizes), plus the new ShowerPro Diamond Shower Filter. Valued at over €600.
5. Award presentation
The winner will be contacted via email and announced through our newsletter and social media.
In the event that the winner cannot be located, or if they refuse the prize for any reason, Modesta Cassinello will contact the alternate winner.
6. Protection of personal data
The personal data provided by the winner will not be incorporated into any file and will be used solely for the purpose of managing the delivery of the prize.
7. Intellectual property
Participants authorize their first names to be published on Modesta Cassinello's social media channels, as well as on any of the brand's official communication channels.
8. Acceptance of the Rules
The mere fact of participating in the Raffle implies acceptance of these Rules.
8. Reservations and limitations
Modesta Cassinello reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes Rules, in whole or in part, at any time if there is just cause or force majeure that prevents the contest from taking place. Any modifications made will be duly notified to participants.
Furthermore, Modesta Cassinello reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Sweepstakes any participants who, it deems, are violating any of the conditions of participation included in these Rules.
9. Applicable legislation
These Rules are subject to Spanish law. Any claims related to the Sweepstakes must be submitted via the contact email address hola@modestacassinello.com within 15 days of the Sweepstakes participation deadline.
In the event of a dispute over the application or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, all disputes shall be subject to the courts of the city of Malaga.

Instagram does not sponsor, endorse, administer, or is associated with this Sweepstakes in any way.
