Frequent washing is part of many people's routines – whether because of an oily tendency, sport, sweat, pollution, styling products or simply personal preference.

The problem arises when a shampoo cleanses too aggressively or leaves hair rough, dull or limp. H01 is formulated to strike the right balance: cleansing thoroughly without turning frequent washing into dryness or discomfort.

Frequent cleansing with a pharmacist-led approach

H01 combines gentle cleansing agents with carefully selected actives to cleanse normal to oily scalps without leaving a tight feeling or weighing the hair fibre down. The aim isn't an extreme cleanse, but a balanced cleanse you can repeat often, keeping your hair loose, fresh and full of movement.

Creamy lather, clean freshness and lightweight hair

H01 transforms into a pleasant, creamy lather when you first work it between your hands. As you wash, it effectively cleanses the roots and leaves a feeling of clean freshness. After rinsing, your hair feels loose, light and full of movement, with no heavy residue or tight feeling.

From the first wash

With continued use

Apply a small amount to wet hands and rub them together to activate the formula and create a creamy lather. Apply the lather to your scalp and massage gently with your fingertips. Rinse thoroughly with water and repeat if needed.

Then complete your routine with H04 Revitalizing Conditioner from mid-lengths to ends and H08 Leave-in Conditioning Spray to detangle, soften and protect without weighing hair down.

• Normal to oily scalp: use H01 Frequent Use Shampoo as your everyday shampoo. If your roots feel oilier, heavier or saturated, alternate once or twice a week with H07 Sea Salt Shampoo as a weekly deep cleanse.
• Fine or low-density hair: H01 helps keep hair clean, loose and full of movement. To avoid losing volume, apply H04 Revitalizing Conditioner to mid-lengths and ends only.
• After sport: use it when you need to remove sweat and restore a feeling of freshness, lightness and comfortable cleanliness, without resorting to aggressive cleansing.
• Alongside hair treatments: it can complement routines that include specific lotions, ampoules or supplements, because it cleanses effectively and gently and leaves the scalp ready for the steps that follow.
