Hair Boost hair supplement

Take 2 capsules a day with a glass of water, preferably with breakfast or lunch.

External hair care routine

• Weekly reset (once a week). Use H07 Sea Salt Shampoo for a deep cleanse of the scalp. Rinse thoroughly and follow with H01 + H04.
• Regular washes. Use H01 Frequent Use Shampoo for your regular washes. Apply to a wet scalp, massage gently and rinse. Repeat if needed.
• After every wash. Apply H04 Revitalizing Conditioner from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for 2–3 minutes and rinse with plenty of water.
• Recommended duration. Follow the treatment for ≥ 3 months to assess the results in hair shine, strength and density.
