Hair Boost hair supplement

Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water, preferably with breakfast or a meal.

External hair routine

• Weekly reset (1 time/week). Use H07 Sea Salt Shampoo for deep cleansing of the scalp. Rinse thoroughly and follow with H03 + H04.
• Regular washes. Use H03 Shine and Vitality Shampoo for regular washes. Apply to damp scalp, massage gently, and rinse. Repeat if necessary.
• After each wash. Apply H04 Revitalizing Conditioner from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for 2–3 minutes and rinse thoroughly with water.
• Recommended duration. Follow the treatment for ≥ 3 months to assess results in hair shine, strength, and density.
